Statement of apology to the Government of the Karno-Ruthenian Empire by Prime Minister Çakar

"Hasanistan realizes that the decision that was made may have been insulting to the Karno-Ruthenian nation, who have been great friends to us including condemning our military coup recently, but that decision was believed to be a necessary action that would have only been temporary to bring attention to the fact that full reconciliation between the former states of Pavlov and the great nation of Karnia-Ruthenia must include the end of all hostilities between former Pavlovians including removing any negative statuses that were previously placed on each other's citizens.
However, from my sources I realize Karnia-Ruthenia ended all negative statuses such as persona non grata on that certain citizen.So in a token of friendship and apology, we will transfer the territory of Carpathia which had been temporarily under Hasani jurdstiction and allow its return to Karnia-Ruthenia.It is up to the decision of the KR government to accept this token as an apology and reconciliation and be interested in the re-establishment of diplomatic contact between our two nations and I will respect whatever decision His Imperial and Royal Majesty and his government makes.And regardless of your decision, the government of Hasanistan will respect and recognize the sovereignty of the Karno-Ruthenian Empire."
